“What’s wrong with this citation?”

The conference I’m attending is primarily the enforcement (compliance) officers from Australian Cities. They  run the folks who write tickets and collect the fines.

One manager from a major city told us that he called in one of his officers one day and showed him a citation. He asked the officer what was wrong with the ticket.

The young man looked the ticket over carefully for a few minutes and confessed that he could see nothing wrong with the document.

The managers grabbed the ticket, waved it in the man’s face, and said:

"IT’S MY BLOODY CAR."
