Raffle Parking Enhances Guest Experience at Century Square with Retooled Parking Program

HOUSTON (Jan. 29, 2026) — Houston-based Raffle Parking announced today that it has been awarded parking management services at Century Square, a 32-acre mixed-use destination in College Station, Texas. Century Square features retail, local dining, and two boutique hotels, all linked by a central gathering space. Opened to the public in 2017, the development was built by Midway and is currently managed by Cushman & Wakefield.

Raffle Parking brings extensive experience operating parking programs at large mixed-use destinations, including Rice Village, Montrose Collective, and Sugar Land Town Square in Fort Bend County. The Century Square partnership marks the company’s first expansion into the Bryan–College Station metro.

“We understand the unique demands of mixed-use developments and the important role parking plays in the overall guest experience,” said Andrew McKinney, Chief Operating Officer of Raffle Parking. “With the right combination of experienced personnel and intuitive technology, we’re confident we can deliver a seamless, guest-friendly parking experience for visitors to Century Square.”

Under Raffle Parking’s management, Century Square will introduce a simplified and more flexible parking program designed to prioritize convenience and ease of use. For street parking, guests will receive the first hour free each day when they register and initiate a session through ParkMobile, a market-leading mobile parking platform that enables guests to purchase, manage, and extend parking sessions remotely. Its widespread use across Texas A&M University creates immediate user familiarity for guests at Century Square, which is located just one block south on University Drive.

“Century Square is College Station’s premier destination for shopping, dining, and gathering,” said Mario Tacchi, Senior Asset Manager at Midway. “We’re focused on creating an experience that invites guests to explore, linger and return often. Partnering with Raffle Parking allows us to offer a more intuitive and effortless parking experience for all visitors.”

Raffle Parking will also oversee the installation of updated signage throughout the property to clearly communicate pricing, parking options, and instructions for using ParkMobile.
