In this role, Rule will lead GMP’s Customer Success organization, overseeing client retention, platform adoption, executive relationship management, onboarding, expansion opportunities, and post-sale operational execution. He will work closely with teams across the organization to help clients achieve their operational objectives, strengthen relationships, and ensure GMP continues to deliver measurable results as a trusted long-term technology partner.

Rule brings more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning parking operations, enterprise technology, business development, customer success, and organizational leadership. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing teams, managed complex client relationships, overseen large-scale implementations, and helped organizations deliver measurable results for their customers. His experience includes senior leadership roles with both parking operators and technology providers, providing a broad perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing today’s parking and mobility organizations.

A recognized industry leader, Rule has spent much of his career working directly with executive teams, asset owners, operators, and institutional stakeholders to improve operational performance, implement technology solutions, and drive sustainable growth. His background combines operational discipline, commercial leadership, and a deep understanding of what clients expect from long-term technology partnerships.
