Smart Parking has acquired 100% of the issued capital in American Parking

Smart Parking Limited (ASX:SPZ), a global leader in parking technology and services, today announced the successful acquisition of Oklahoma-based boutique operator American Parking.
Founded in 1969, American Parking has established a good reputation over more than five decades as a high-touch parking services provider across the South-Central United States. The company currently manages 54 locations across Oklahoma, Texas, and Arkansas, operating a comprehensive service suite that includes parking lot management, enforcement, event parking, and valet operations. The business serves a highly diversified set of clients spanning commercial offices, hospitality, retail, and major municipal venues.
The acquisition represents an ideal geographical expansion for Smart Parking, building critical regional scale directly adjacent to its existing operations in Texas. It provides an expansive footprint of 54 sites to deploy Smart Parking’s world-class, proprietary SmartCloud technology and Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR/LPR) compliance systems, converting manual and legacy operations into high-efficiency, modernised digital hubs.
