Raffle Parking Expands into Florida with Management Contract at Truist Plaza in Downtown Orlando

Houston-based operator brings its AI-powered, ticketless parking technology and full-management platform to The Wideman Company’s mixed-use property

HOUSTON, TX (June 29, 2026) — Houston-based Raffle Parking announced today that it has been awarded parking management services at Truist Plaza at Church Street Station, a 28-story Class A mixed-use tower in the heart of downtown Orlando. The property, owned by The Wideman Company, features 200,000 square feet of premium office space alongside integrated hotel and retail uses, and serves as a centerpiece of Orlando’s urban core.

The partnership marks Raffle Parking’s first location under management in the state of Florida and furthers its existing relationship with The Wideman Company, an established client in the Houston market.

Raffle Parking will deploy its full technology stack at Truist Plaza, including the Raffle Parking app and its ExpressLane solution for access and revenue control — an AI-powered, ticketless parking system that uses license plate recognition to automate entry, exit, and payment for parkers.

“I am thrilled to be expanding into the state of Florida and, equally important, deepening our relationship with the Wideman Company,” said Adam Raffle, CEO of Raffle Parking. “Their continued confidence in Raffle Parking is something I don’t take lightly, and we are going to drive returns for them. The addition of the Raffle Parking app and our ExpressLane solution will be a game changer for all stakeholders at the property. For parkers, it’s a frictionless, ticketless experience. The parker drives in, the Raffle app and cameras handle the rest. For the property and its tenants, it means real-time revenue visibility and the operational efficiency that makes everyone’s day easier.”

“Raffle has done an exemplary job at our Houston project. When thinking of a group that can handle the dynamic nature with hotel, office, and event parking requirements, they rose to the top as the perfect fit for the Truist Plaza project,” said Christopher Wideman, President of the Wideman Company.

Raffle Parking is a full-service parking management firm. Its ExpressLane solution combines license plate recognition (LPR) cameras with the Raffle Parking app (available for download on iOS and Android), delivering a frictionless, ticketless parking experience for drivers and real-time revenue visibility for property owners and operators.

The Wideman Company is a commercial real estate investment and asset management firm dedicated to the acquisition and stewardship of high-quality, single-tenant office and industrial properties. The company is headquartered in Orlando, FL. For more information, visit widemanllc.com.
