On June 12, the digital parking and mobility solutions giant EasyPark announced that it had rebranded itself under the new name Arrive, which it had to obtain the rights to use from the parking technology provider Flash.

Name rights acquired through separate agreement with Flash

Before it could assume the new moniker Arrive, EasyPark first had to strike a deal with the parking technology provider Flash. In January 2021, Flash merged with the smart parking solutions provider Arrive Mobility, including its ParkWhiz and BestParking consumer brands.

EasyPark and Flash both confirmed to Parking Today that they entered into an agreement allowing EasyPark to use the “Arrive” name. Neither company would disclose financial details regarding the agreement or state when it was finalized.

However, spokespersons for the companies confirmed that the deal for the name was separate from the “strategic partnership” reached last September between Flash and EasyPark subsidiary ParkMobile. Under the partnership, Flash and ParkMobile agreed to share parking reservation inventory and infrastructure to create a unified network that simplifies finding, reserving, and paying for parking.

“We congratulate our friends at EasyPark on their rebrand and are excited for Flash to continue playing a role in the next chapter of the Arrive story through our commercial partnership,” said Chris Donus, Flash’s CEO and president, in a statement provided to Parking Today.

New parent brand unifies global portfolio

The new Arrive name “will replace EasyPark Group and Flowbird Group, and will be the overarching parent company for the consumer brands EasyPark, Flowbird, ParkMobile, Parkopedia, RingGo, Yellowbrick, YourParkingSpace and other brands within the organization,” according to a June 12 news release from the company, which operates in more than 90 countries and 20,000 cities.

“I’m very excited to be able to celebrate the reveal of our company’s new name and brand Arrive,” said Cameron Clayton, the CEO of Arrive, in the June 12 release. “Our exponential growth over the past 12 months, especially with the integration of Flowbird and Parkopedia, has dramatically expanded our scope of business and product offerings,” Clayton said. “We need a corporate structure and identity that mirrors our entire portfolio — moving beyond just parking.”

“The consumer brands and mobile apps, such as EasyPark, RingGo, ParkMobile, and Flowbird, will remain unaffected for the foreseeable future,” according to the release. “Arrive will act as the predominant corporate body to the consumer brands.”

Recent acquisitions drive corporate restructuring

The corporate rebrand comes on the heels of two recent major acquisitions by EasyPark. In January 2025, EasyPark announced that it had completed its acquisition of the Flowbird Group, an integrated parking and transportation solutions provider that operated under the brands Flowbird, YourParkingSpace, TPARK, Extenso Cloud, and Yellowbrick. The acquisition also gave EasyPark access to Flowbird’s equipment and services such as pay and display machines, software, and park & charge.

One month later, in February 2025, EasyPark announced the completion of its purchase of Parkopedia, a provider of connected car services and mobility data aggregation.

“Parkopedia’s advanced in-car data and payment technology for parking, EV charging, fueling and tolling complements EasyPark Group’s expertise in digital payments, enabling seamless integration across parking systems, digital platforms, and in-car solutions,” EasyPark said in a February 12 news release
