Austin, TX, March 25, 2026 - ZipBy has announced the deployment of its ticketless parking technology at key City of Austin facilities, including Austin City Hall and One Texas Center.
The rollout introduces ZipBy’s automatic in-app gate entry system, allowing drivers to enter and exit gated facilities without tickets or physical interaction. In addition, a pre-booking feature enables users to reserve parking in advance and access facilities via in-app entry & QR-based credentials.
The implementation reflects a broader shift toward frictionless, digital-focused parking operations, particularly in high-demand municipal environments. By reducing on-site congestion, the system is designed to improve both user experience and operational efficiency.
